Where we deliver

We deliver right across Australia: New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, South Australia, Western Australia, Tasmania, the Australian Capital Territory and the Northern Territory.

What delivery costs

Delivery is free on orders over $100. Below that, a flat $27.50 delivery charge applies, GST included. The charge is shown in your basket before you pay, so there is nothing added at the last step.

How long it takes

Orders are handled and packed within 2 working days. Delivery then takes up to 7 working days in transit.

Tracking

Every order is sent tracked. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has actually shipped, which is within 2 working days of your order. We do not receive a tracking code before the parcel is collected, so there is nothing to send you before then.

Once you have your tracking number you can follow the parcel on our track your parcel page.

Separate parcels

For practical reasons, items in the same order may be sent in more than one parcel and may arrive on different days. If you have received part of an order and are unsure about the rest, email us and we will check it for you.
